I know the mind is obviously not a muscle but it can left to its own devices stop you in your tracks from getting fit!
Cultivate an I can attitude, get negative self-talk out of your mind! You can do this! Author Jack Canfield suggest simply replacing your negative self-talk with its positive counterpart.
If you are saying something like I can’t exercise because I have back issues, instead focus on WHAT YOU CAN DO and start there! Eliminate the word I can’t from your vocabulary and your thoughts!
No you may not be able to start out with something as strenuous as cross fit, however you can start with WALKING almost everyone can walk! There has even been great stories of people in wheel chairs achieving great success in regards to fitness!
It is imperative no matter where you are in your journey towards getting fit that you develop a POSITIVE SELF-IMAGE! Love yourself right now, whatever size you are! Think of how grateful you are to have this wonderful body!
