Hi! I’m Julie, and I LOVE health, food (maybe not always healthy), and fitness! I know it may sound weird but I truly do love health and fitness! Why? Because it CHANGES lives, not only mine, but anyone who will allow it too! I believe eating healthy and exercising are the most important things we can do to live an AWESOME life!

I think most of us would say hell YES!! I want all of that!
What if I told you that you could have all of this and more by exercising 5-6 days a week for 25-minutes to an hour?
Would you believe me? Some people know it’s TRUE because they’ve experienced it!
Others would say bull-sh*t, because they’ve never stuck with a program long enough to feel these results!
I know I’ve suffered depression and anxiety, and I know firsthand what exercise and healthy eating can do! I was diagnosed with depression when I was 15 and told that I would have to take medication for the REST of my life!
Well guess what? I’ve not taken anything since I was 17, wish I could say it was right when I started exercising, but It wasn’t. I still struggled because I wasn’t consistent. Around 22 I found RUNNING, it helped tremendously with depression and anxiety, my grades in college improved, and I got twice the amount of productive work done, in a day!
Really fitness was always there for me, I just took a detour for little bit. I can remember being about 11 and teaching little fitness classes to my friends…..sometimes willingly hahaha =) Yes this is TRUE!
Since I was 11 years old, I've been putting together exercise plans for friends and family. It’s truly what I love to do! I've coached thousands of women into helping them realize their fitness goals. I’m an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutritionist, and I've completed and placed in the top 2 of several national qualifier figure competitions!
I am not telling you this to brag…rather because you’d think with all my experience and LOVE as a fitness coach that I would never gain weight, right? We’ll you’d be WRONG!
In August 2012, I made the tough decision to close my VERY high overhead fitness studio, and focus on our family business Prince Home Improvements. I went from teaching fitness three hours a day to sitting behind a desk for 10 hours or more each day.
The weight slowly crept on me, and within a year I was the heaviest I’d ever been in my life…..
I can’t believe I'm telling this, I got to 180!! AHHH! On a 5’4” frame...
I had it in my mind, once we get our family business doing well I am going back into fitness!
We worked our butts off. We had help, and really would not have been able to do it without our TEAM, but our family business was and IS doing well.
So what now, I was 40+lbs overweight,
I knew in order to help others I needed to get healthy (again). I hired a coach then,I designed the K.I.S.S method, and have lost over 40 pounds. I’m so excited to share my results with the many other women I train and work alongside.
Once a woman enters her 30s, her metabolism slows and what might have worked in her 20s for weight loss, may not work anymore. Women past 30 also have different responsibilities than younger women, so this program is designed to reduce stress and promote healthy balance in all areas of life.
