I’m sure you can relate to some of these, I know I can. When I gained weight, my clothes didn’t fit, my confidence was gone, and I felt depressed. I didn’t want to do things I normally liked to do. I had less energy and got stressed easier. I certainly didn't want to go clothes shopping...and then feel horrible about the size I was in. I felt like I was on a roller coaster with emotional eating, and needed to separate my feelings from eating.

I LOVE HELPING people understand that working out is so much more than weight loss!

 

Yes that’s the byproduct, but not the only focus. It’s about making positive changes in your lifestyle, your attitude, and creating better daily habits. Food doesn't have the power to control you… and you can learn positive coping skills instead of turning to Ben and Jerry’s. You’ll have greater energy, a healthier happier mindset, plus you will be more productive and creative when you stick with a healthy lifestyle. I felt you needed something SIMPLE to follow because everyday we’re inundated with so much information that our brains are overloaded. I know if you’re like me (and almost every other American) you’ve got enough to think about, so reserve your brain power for other things and leave the workouts and meal plans to me.
